Our designs represent an artistic synthesis of our client's desires that address the sites problems and maximizes its potentials. Each design is innovative, one of a kind and personalized for each client. We help you identify and clarify the important factors which make your garden or landscape truly unique. Our landscape design process is outlined below.

Initial phone contact: When you contact us for the first time, we will discuss your project needs, schedule an initial consultation meeting to discuss your project in greater depth and email a Client Survey. The survey helps us gain a clear understanding of your needs and objectives.

Consultation Meeting: The purpose of this meeting is to see the property and to discuss your vision and objectives in greater depth. We will explain our design process and potential concepts in more detail. We will present the design agreement and proceed to the first design phase upon your acceptance.

Site Analysis: A fully detailed survey of your site is conducted. This survey includes measurements of your home, property boundaries, other existing elements (driveways, outbuildings, etc.) and inventory of existing trees and plantings. Site issues and attributes are analyzed at this time.

Master Plan Creation: The Master Plan includes a detailed planting and hardscaping plan. The plan specifies plant varieties, sizes and quantities for your garden. Upon completing your design in our studio, we will visit your home to review the plan with you. Thru the plan and photos you will have a clear understanding of how your property will look.

Budget Study: Along with presenting the Master Plan for your property, a detailed cost breakdown for the implementation is also presented which will break it into project phases with individual estimates. The Budget Study presents a range of estimated costs for the various aspects of your project. Decisions concerning your construction budget can be made and priorities determined at this point.

Landscape and Hardscape Installation: We employ a select group of to build and plant our gardens. We closely supervise the implementation of the design. This approach ensures the intended quality and our shared vision is realized.

Post Planting Care Instruction and Site Visits: Proper care for your garden will ensure its success. We can provide a scheduled aftercare plan for your garden or you can purchase a Plant Care Guide customized for your garden. We schedule annual visits to evaluate the progress of your garden and to make recommendations regarding maintenance.
